Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the subscriber (“Customer”) and Prairie Voice Networks (“Company”) for the use of the Company’s Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services. By using Prairie Voice Networks’ VOIP services, the Customer agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage Limitation

The Customer shall not exceed a total of 5,000 minutes per extension per month. This usage limitation applies to all inbound and outbound calls, both local and long-distance, and covers all forms of communication, including voice calls, video calls, and any other services provided by the Company. For example, if the Customer has 5 extensions, their effective limit is 25,000 minutes per month.

2. Compliance with Applicable Laws

The Customer must use Prairie Voice Networks’ VOIP services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to telecommunications laws, data protection regulations, and copyright laws.

3. Prohibited Uses

The Customer shall not engage in any of the following prohibited uses of Prairie Voice Networks’ VOIP services:

a. Transmitting, receiving, or sharing illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content.

b. Using the service for any fraudulent or unlawful activities.

c. Using the service for any form of harassment, spamming, or unsolicited communication.

d. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing Prairie Voice Networks’ VOIP services without express written consent.

e. Using the service in a manner that causes network disruption, degradation, or harm to other users or the Company’s infrastructure.

4. Suspension or Termination

Prairie Voice Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s access to VOIP services if the Customer exceeds the specified usage limitation, engages in prohibited uses, or violates any other terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Prairie Voice Networks will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the Customer in such cases but reserves the right to act immediately if there is a threat to the integrity of its services or network.

5. Modification of Agreement

Prairie Voice Networks reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Notice of such modifications will be provided to the Customer, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review and understand the revised terms. Continued use of Prairie Voice Networks’ VOIP services following the modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

6. Liability

Prairie Voice Networks shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by the Customer’s use of its VOIP services, including but not limited to business interruptions, data loss, or financial losses.

By using Prairie Voice Networks’ VOIP services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Fair Use Agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of services as outlined in this Agreement.
